Here is the recipe-
Put about 1/3 cup of gluten free oatmeal, 2/3 cup cashews (soaked and dehydrated), 2TB Enjoy Life chocolate chips (gluten and caseing free), 1/4 tsp of cinnamon, in the food processor, and blend.
Then add sea salt to taste, 2TB raw honey, 2 tsp McCormick's vanilla, and a splash of water in the food process with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until it forms into a dough-like consistency.
Roll dough into 1-2 inch balls, place in freezer for 10 minutes. While in freezer, melt a couple handfuls of Enjoy Life chocolate chips on stove or in microwave. You can also use cacao nibs as well.
Take dough balls out of freezer and dip in melted chocolate. Keep refrigerated, and enjoy!
